Martin Clements
Inspired by his father, a chartered surveyor, Martin grew up in the South West of England and was educated at Salisbury Cathedral School, Wiltshire followed by King’s Taunton, Somerset.
Martin chose the property route for his career and has worked for 15 years on King Street, Hammersmith W6, where he was at the helm of a local independent agent from the very first day of trading in 2008 through until 2021, where he helped grow, develop and manage one of the most successful sales teams in West London, winning numerous and recognised property awards.
Martin has an intimate knowledge of West London through to the Home Counties where he grew up, adding valuable knowledge and supporting purchasers employing his services.
Martin has always wished to own his own business and have a more direct impact on the quality of service he is able to offer his clients. Outside of work, Martin is a keen sportsman and a huge lover of cricket, which he continues to watch and play wherever possible
Simon Habba
A Chiswick local himself, Simon grew up in Ealing, attended school in Hammersmith and has spent the majority of his career between W6 and W4.
Working life began in smoothies at West London start-up Innocent Drinks. From selling crushed fruit to houses, Simon decided to put his local knowledge to good use by joining Chiswick’s leading independent estate agent. Initially running the lettings department before finding his home on the Sales team, where he sold over 150 properties in the immediacy of W4.
During his 12 year tenure Simon was an integral part of the team awarded several National Awards. Outside of work, Simon also keeps his hobbies local and like many men of his age, is a keen cyclist – making the most of the green spaces in and around Chiswick. A life long football fan, Simon’s other interests are equally clichéd: music, cars, reading and spending time with his young family.
Jonathan Irvine
Jonathan joins Clements Habba on a consultancy basis, bringing his considerable property expertise and local knowledge to the team. A lifelong West Londoner, Jonathan grew up in Holland Park and has lived in Chiswick with his family for the past two decades. He began his residential sales career in Ealing, moving to the most successful agency in Barnes as their top negotiator for several years running. He went on to manage a boutique sales agency in Sloane Square where his property portfolio ranged from £5m to £50m, leaving to found a search agency specialising in off-market acquisitions.
Jonathan has over twenty years of experience in selling and acquiring homes, project management, letting and managing the finest properties in West and Prime Central London. He is embedded in the Chiswick community with two children in local schools and has an invaluable understanding of the local area, schools, and amenities.
Jonathan is a graduate of St Paul’s Boys’ School and Bristol University; he holds his MNAEA qualifications in Residential Property. Outside of work he enjoys a variety of sports, more spectating than participating these days although he can still be found dazzling on the 5 a side pitches of Rocks Lane.
Clements Habba is a newly established independent Estate Agents specialising in West London residential sales. Simon and Martin met at a work party in 2013 and have been good friends since. They enjoy a similarly strong work ethic, love for property and enthusiasm for meeting new people every day. They have sold over 300 properties between them and have over 28 years combined experience of working primarily in Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith and Chiswick.
